The bed pillows were very comfortable— I wish I had them at home! The waitress at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have fruit on the menu, and to offer something gluten&dairy free.

Four points takes money that doesn’t belong to the

The stay was ok , the staff on Friday and Saturday were rude . The young lady on Sunday check out was super sweet and cool and hopefully she talks to the general manager and about the money this site took out of my bank a week before my stay ( four points messed up and took money out of my personal cc , and have lied about putting it back )

Beds were very hard. Walls and doors need sound proofing. Every noise from the hall and next rooms can be heard. Hotel should have quiet hours for guests. We had several other families running in the halls and being loud in their rooms after midnight.

The AC in the whole hotel was broken the entire time in during 95 degree summer. Our room felt like a sauna (so hot and stuffy) and no fan or windows to open.
