Great experience

There are everything you need for the stay. Even if you need something extra order such as toilet paper or bath towel, you just need to text and they bring it later. you don't need to run to the counter. That's wonderful part especially us because we have small kids.

The carpet and upholstery was dirty and stained. Ac unit in room was set at a certain temperature. No lock in bathroom. Surrounding area dirty. Breakfast was just ok. Nothing special.

Hotel is nice overall. The valet was extremely helpful. Checked in late, room did not have shampoo, fire alarm hanging off wall. Sofa pull out had no sheets and the mattress had stains. Tried to get a late checkout but couldn't bc short staffed in housekeeping. Front desk in morning not really helpful. Valet was awesome he kept our bags so we could sight see before flight since we couldn't get a late chk out.
