This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Hyatt property. Our room was very, very dusty. Then, every single day we had to practically beg to have our room cleaned and new towels. The Vallet ppl made comments that we were using our car too much. Valerie at the front desk is the only person that seemed to care and tried to help. Very disappointing.

The hotel location on an alley filled with dumpsters was not great, especially when paying $460 per night. The lobby and reception area were cramped and uncomfortable. No complimentary morning coffee. As for the rooms, they were dark even with all lights on. There were no bedside tables - just one tiny one in the middle of the queen beds but none for the other side. Throw rugs only on the far side of the beds, nothing down the center. And no privacy for the shower.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom nice. Could easily hear the people in the room beside us. Restaurant in the hotel was a ripoff. Do not recommend at all. Rooms over the alley just be cautious that they do collect the trash early on the weekend and they are not quiet. Front check-in staff were helpful and friendly. Quick to check-in.
