First Time in Philadephia!

To all of the Philadephia Marriott Downtown Staff: Thank you so much for your warmth and support during our family stay! My family were in two separate rooms. my stay started off lovely, however I encountered a small stain on the comforter and a small roach. My sister's stay started off well at first and then she encountered some very noisy hotel neighbors who were screaming and banging on the walls. We were able to change our rooms upon request and the staff were so very accomodating and understanding for which we were grateful. The hotel is very huge and we know the undertaking it is to keep it all clean. There were the window sills in the 13 restaurant that had food on them and of course we know that guests will treat accomodations either with respect or litter and not clean up after themselves. We appreciated the ease to get food. We would recommend having more water fountains as there was only one in the gym and water is 6 or 7 dollars which is not always affordable for all who travel. We didn't get a chance to bowl and the game room was small with one or two games that didn't work. It would be lovely if breakfast was included in some way.
