We have been to this hotel in the past and this time we were disappointed in the limited care and attention we were given in the past. I arrived at the hotel very early in the hopes of being checked in early (took my gamble). After waiting 15 mins online (only one person at the desk) I was told there were no rooms available. Disappointing. I returned at 4pm (1hr after check in) to be told that there were still no rooms available. After we were finally checked in I took the kids down to the pools. The hot tub was out of order and the main pool looked rather cloudy. There were no towels available. I went up to the front to ask that some be brought to the pool but none came. Back up at the room there were only two towels for my family of 4. Again I went to ask the front for towels however none came. We used hand towels after showering. Leaving the elevator there were some brown stains on the floor that looked like, well poop. I told the front desk staff and was promised that someone would clean it up. Needless to say, the stains were still there when we checked out the following day. Lastly, my mom and oldest went down for breakfast only to be told that our reservation didn’t include breakfast… I didn’t even know there was a choice. Close enough to the park but they really need to step it up.
