Very nice hotel. friendly staff and clean rooms. We did have one glitch: our room door would not latch. It was easily pushed open and would not lock. We went to the front desk and were promptly assigned a new room very close to the other for easy luggage transport. No worries! Breakfast was very nice and food area was extremely clean and inviting.

Great place, near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Party of 6 which 4 are kids. Gave it 4 starts because of pool not in service. Stayed 10 days. Will booked again in the future hoping the pool will be back in service.

Check in went well, lobby area nice. Very disappointed in our room. We were supposed to get a king, but got 2 queens. Not a biggie. The big disappointments were a dirty, sticky carpet, dirty drapes, and a cracked bathroom sink. Also the island’s 2 high stools were worn and the material on the sides cracked, torn. I would not stay here again.

The room they gave me looked like a hospital, not a hotel. It was for someone with a disability. It was unclean. In fact, the kitchen utensils looked very dirty. We didn't like it. I don't think I would go back.

Hotel in a great, safe area. My daughter and I stayed here one night. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was okay but the pillows were on the thin side. Breakfast had a good selection and stocked well. Would come back if traveling this way.

We really enjoyed and appreciated this hotel. We had a great unit with a living room, desperate bedroom with door, kitchen with frig and dishwasher and stove top equipped with utensils and dishes pots and pans. The staff was excellent. James was very helpful in the way in and out. He made us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed the very well equipped breakfast and the socials in the evening with appetizer foods. We'll definitely be staying here again.

For my wedding weekend this was the most disappointing stay. Room was not what i booked. Then when i ask for high top chairs for wedding hair and makeup the man at desk seemed like it was an inconvenience. There was loose tiles on floor in bathroom as well. I ended up packing my room after my wedding and driving home.

The best thing about this property was the friendly staff and the front desk service. The room itself needs a deep cleaning. The desk and kitchen chairs were either ripped on peeling. The bedroom floor had a big red stain on it. There was one small towel rack in each bedroom to hold 3 towels and none near the actual shower.

Good area for main roads and restaurants. Hotel clean but needs maintenance and updates. Sink leaking, tiles missing, sharp grout shards coming out of floor in bathroom. Ceiling badly fixed. No housekeeping until after 3 nights but then it was the weekend and none on weekends. Therefore no housekeeping for 5 nights. Garbage overflowing. No clean towels.
