Die Lage im Zentrum und das Frühstücksbüffet sind perfekt. Leider hatte unser Zimmer weder einen Kasten noch eine Kommode um die Kleider zu verstauen - wir mussten 5 Tage aus dem Koffer leben. Ebenfalls negativ, der Zimmerservice ist die ersten 3 Tage nicht erschienen - erst auf Intervention an der Rezeption wurde dies behoben.

Reception and Breakfast immaculate. BUT room 304 is a rathole from the 70ties, dingy, not even equipped for two guests as booked, cool and humid, dont walk on this carpet with bare foot. This for the same price as a generous apartment in Hamburg center. Ripoff and not recommended.

Halvimman hintaluokan huoneet ovat kellarissa (ei ikkunoita), mutta huoneet ovat siistit ja sänky mukava. Suihkusta tulee lämmintä vettä jaksoittain - jos pidät pitkistä kuumista suihkuista, saattaa kuuman veden tulo hetkeksi lakata. Yleisesti ottaen siisti, huoneemme lattiassa oli outo punainen tahra, mutta huone oli pölytön.

Dear Helinä, Thank you very much for your review. The stain on the carpet comes from chemicals used to clean the rooms during the pandemic.
