We absolutely loved our stay at The Graham & Co.—it’s the kind of place that instantly puts you at ease. From the moment we arrived there was this quaint, laid-back relaxing vibe that made it so easy to unwind. Everything felt very thoughtful from the design, cozy spaces, and nothing overdone. Our bungalow room was spectacular yet comfortable and inviting, and it really felt like a little escape from the usual rush. We spent our mornings sipping coffee in the fresh mountain air & hiking near the waterfalls and our evenings just slowing down whether that meant hanging by the fire pit or just enjoying the quiet. There’s something really special about how peaceful it feels here without trying too hard. It’s rare to find a place that feels this easygoing and genuine. We left feeling recharged and already talking about coming back.

I enjoyed this hotel very much. It was very interesting with beautiful grounds and nice outdoor fire feature. Expedia said there was some breakfast which there was not and in the fine print it turned out the breakfast was only on the weekends. The staff and owners were very friendly

This place was cute and conveniently located near the hiking we were doing, but seemed very overpriced for what it was (basically a motel with some cute touches added on here and there). Common areas (fire pit, den with games) were nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool not heated.

This is a very special hotel. The check in and reception area is so inviting and lovely! Absolutely loved room 13, very clean and spacious and we especially liked the multi use table right in the middle for organizing and ease of movement, as well as 2 additional single beds/sofas! The property has a very calm and peaceful vibe within a fresh and lush surroundings. My dogs had a lot of space to sniff and wander around, we felt very safe walking around the property. The property was very well maintained (Martin, the co-owner even treats the grass for ticks!). The best part - the staff. Just exceptional; we met both the owners and their managers, all of whom took the time to talk to us, especially Serena, one of the managers who instantly felt like my best friend after chatting for 5 minutes!! They very kindly offered to light the fire for us multiple times, and we had use of the separate tv den, (but didn’t have time to check it out this trip.) There was supposed to be no breakfast on weekdays, but a few to die for cinnamon sugar donuts magically appeared by the cute coffee/tea bar area in the check in/out (made by a local baker) And on the day we checked out, Martin packed a brown bag of fruit; bananas, muesli and granola bars AND the last donut they had we liked so much the day before. It’s these kind considerations that elevates a regular hotel stay to an exceptional feel good experience that we’ll always remember. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 10/5 stars!!!

The Graham is the place to stay in the Catskills!! I stayed in the Bunkhouse and my small room had everything I needed. It was a solo trip and my room had bunk beds. That twin bed was so comfy and cozy! There were 3 bathrooms to share and the bathroom was big and sparking clean. Amazing water pressure and wonderful soap & shampoo. They texted me the morning of my arrival asking my ETA and what I’d like for my breakfasts. The one I chose had a yogurt, granola and fresh berries. And an apple cider donut. It was the BEST apple cider donut I’ve ever had. The Graham staff are the kindest folks and they lit a small campfire at night. There were picnic tables and they even have “The Den” with a tv, board games and couches so you can hang out. The pool wasn’t open during my stay but I most definitely will return this summer to lounge by it. From The Graham, it’s a quick walk to Main St. where you’ll find wonderful shopping. For food, I had an excellent burger & pizza at Brio. They also have a huge assortment of homemade cakes. If you need to get away from your phone and connect with nature, go to Phoenicia and stay at The Graham & Co.!
