Night staff was very arrogant but the morning staff was really helpful. The room was very dirty including the bedding. The room had a bad smell too. Wouldn’t recommend any family to stay here. It is highly priced for this bad condition room.

I did not feel confortable in this hotel. It also did not feel safe. Front desk people are very kind and helpful but the hotel room does not look like the pictures. They ask you why you are staying there and scan every ID. I had to change room reservations.

We did not stay here, we got a refund and stayed at a different location. My children did not feel safe in the area, the room we were put in, the door looked like it had been broken down before. The bathtub was rusted badly around the drain, the pull out mattress had stains all over it. The front desk employee was very friendly and understanding.

The room was clean but run down. The parking area was well lit. The location felt a bit suspect and when I went to check in after 11pm the doors were locked and I had to call an operator who had to ring the night staff to open doors and check me in. Their policy was to gather everyone in my party's ID's. (4 persons total) I was not impressed.
