Easy check-in. Overall, room fine, clean. Bulb burned out by the bed, poor room lighting. WD40 the bathroom door as it squeaks loudly. Also, the main door does not shut completely, but stops just short of closing. Had to check and push shut to ensure safety.

When we initially arrived to our room, there was a large stain on the floor. The blinds did not work and we were able to have someone that evening come and fix them. The building engineer then came the next day and said that he fixed the blinds, but when we went to use them at night, they still were not fixed and all fell apart. The bed itself was too small for its frame and as a result had a skirt underneath it to hide this which I then stubbed my toe on which resulted in me having a limp for the remainder of my trip even up until now 2 weeks later. We were planning to stay multiple nights at this hotel, but after seeing the condition of our room, we ended our stay and got our relatives who were also planning to come in later that week to also cancel. This is the worst Hampton inn I’ve ever been to and the worst hotel I’ve stayed at this year. I would not recommend this to anyone.

A warm welcome from Jeff, lobby and our room was clean. Some updates needed in the room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast with lots of items cold and hot, very nice staff the whole visit. Lots of close eating and shopping. Great stay

At 0530 this morning I realized that my charger wasn’t working so I went to the front desk, and the gentleman working was looking for a cord that was compatible to my phone. He searched multiple areas but was unsuccessful. He then suggested that I go to the Circle K across the street, success. I appreciate that type of customer service, he went above and beyond.
