double tree--way overpriced.

the hot tub was slimy. the pool was not heated. the breakfast service was closed. the bar was closed. sunday afternoon check in had only one clerk. the room had no desk or chair. the room had no cushion chair and lamp. the room was clean. the room was too far from the lobby.

We didnt get to stay in the room due to the air conditioning not working. There was no call ahead of time to let us know so we could plan accordingly. I called the hotel 3 different times that day on an attempt to check in early and the same person answered each time. He never once said there were any issues, just that they were full and people were asking to stay past check out time. There was no offer of any accommodations, discounts, or anything. Just a referral to the Embassy Suites. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

Moving our son to GCU. Perfect location from the school and in a nice area. Convenience was unmatched and the service all the way around was excellent!
