From the moment we stepped to the property there was construction. It was very obvious. This was not a Union job as there was people everywhere not roped off for cleanliness. Great location but because I booked through Expedia, I had no knowledge that the hotel was under renovations. Ice machine on my floor was not working and the front desk said it was due to the power being out due to renovations. Had to go to the floor above or below mine to get ice. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The air condition was on for almost 2 hours and the room didn't seem to be cooling. The front desk did send maintenance while we were away. The pool was dirty, no water in the hot tub. The vending machine took my money and front desk said Id need to contact the vendor for a refund. I asked front desk if a manager could contact me, 48 hours later, still haven't heard from anyone. The front desk staff was very nice and provided us with free water since we couldn't get any from the vending machine. Not even one bottle of water in the hotel room.

They were undergoing construction downstairs, yet the staff was helpful and courteous in their makeshift desks. The room was very nice. Parking was very easy in the lot next door and they validated so I didn't have to pay anything for it. If I come back to the area, I will definitely stay here again.

Not worth the cost - construction

For the price, this king bed was not worth it. Big hitter: the whole hotel was under construction. I'd wait to ever come back. Also, while the bed was firm and comfortable, the pillows were flat, hot water pressure WEAK, and pool closed for no posted reason. Front desk service was friendly but we didn't get a welcome bag.

Hard to rate because they are undergoing construction converting from Hilton Garden to DoubleTree hilton. Staff was very friendly and helpful. But most of the facilities were behind Construction barriers. Room itself was very nice. Parking and location was also very good. We were only there a short stay for an early morning plane trip.

The property was under construction and was a mess. No signs guiding what direction to go to the correct tower. The room had a balcony but could have stretched out and touched the building next the balcony. The shower head had water that squirted out the side of the shower head so it drenched the floor.

Under Construction!!

Hotel was under construction but it was not stated anywhere in the listing. The pool was completely dirty along with the hot tub that would never heat up the water. The room itself was fine but the old elevator right next to our room was not so fine. We tried to ask for more pillows and towels so we could be more comfortable and lessen the load on cleaning crew to not have to stop but we never got anything unless we called multiple times.

There was a major renovation underway, and the hotel was a mess, with the reception area, hallways and other areas a construction site. It was not pleasant to stay there. Additionally, there was no close-by disabled parking. It was way below what I had expected, though it will be fine, except for disabled parking availability, once construction is finished.
