Terrible Rude Staff Front Desk

Place is geeat. Staff sucks. Front desk rude condescending. I called 8 times before I arrived to check on the deposit amount and a few other questions. Never able to reach anyone. Can only get the out of the country call center in India. They text the property on hold for 37 mins never an answer. $50 deposit taked 10-15 days to return hahaha. Paid parking, they don't tell you that. I said F you Im paying that with no notice. Just eude people. Hyatt has lost me as a customer after all these years.

Stop with the pay to park.

Check-in was great. I had to extend my stay by a day with no issues. I did get a surprise parking charge of $10/night. Apparently I did not see it on the website. Not happy about being nickle and dimed for non resort parking. Bed was a little hard, could use a mattress topper. Also the shower was a bit weak. The room layout is tight but we’ll thought out. I like the tv being able to rotate for the living room area and bed. Lobby area is nice and welcoming. Close by restaurants. One other thing, it’s a bit noisy. Sounds like jet is taking off quite often. Not sure if it is the AC unit or outside construction.
