Bad- Room smelled of cigarette smoke! Baby cockroaches in bathroom and 2 big ones in room where one was able to get into pizza box on top of counter under TV....food was barely 2 hrs old so there went leftovers! Loud obnoxious neighbors 24/7 upstairs directly on top of us! Key card kept resetting! Worked when keying in into parking lot or walking through gate but kept failing for room! OK - Fenced in hotel/parking lot so made it but safer! Armed Security on premises/walking around! Comfortable mattress! Staff was courteous!

It was difficult finding our way into the parking lot. The clerk at the front desk did not provide thorough instructions. The room did not smell clean, it smelled musty. There were cockroaches in the restroom behind the wall The bath tub was damaged, it had a crack on the bottom along with other visible damage. The front door did not completely seal. It has a visible gap towards the bottom where air, and noise was coming through. The safety door latch was not secure. We reserved the room for two nights and cancelled the second night. I took pictures of all of this, it was the worst hotel experience. I am hoping to get a full refund for the second night.

The guy that checked us in didn't seem to know what he was doing and it took 4-5 minutes to get each resident processsed. The room had the small of cigarettes and the rolling chair ddidn't fit under the desk, so we put it in a corner, otherwise my wheelchair couldn't get into the bathroom. The place had 2 different ice machines and neither of them worked.

I get that it's cheap, but the rooms are just gross. This place has prostitution, drug use, you name it. The room reeked of cigarettes even though it was labeled as non smoking. Just gross. I went to turn the shower on and the handle literally fell off. Mostly don't stay here cuz it's so sketchy. Even my uber driver goes "why are you staying in this neighborhood?"
