We picked the hotel because the hotel was close to the Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. My wife was scheduled a surgery next day. If you are looking for a hotel you can really rest, I don’t recommend this hotel. The room was so noisy. Especially the air conditioner was so loud. We had to turn it off.

I was super disappointed in the price per night I paid for this hotel. It wasn't super clean, it felt a little run down. The hallways were noisy. But my primary complaint was the breakfast. It was not made clear until after it was too late to change my reservation that the free breakfast was only bagels and yogurt. Nothing hot. And their microwave was broken. Super disappointed for a 5 day stay.

I stayed at this property under its previous name and ownership and swore that I would NEVER go back. After seeing the remodel and rebranding of this property, I will definitely be back. Super clean rooms. Friendly staff. Secure & safe location.

Great property, central location to food, shopping, freeways. Quiet hotel with a friendly staff. Just as FYI’s pool isn’t huge if looking for that with families and breakfast is bagels in the morning with some fruit but it’s a good grab and go for those on the move to quickly grab a bite and head out for the day and again plenty of other options around if you want any something more. Also, a Walmart within walking distance. Great hotel and staff to stay with.

The breakfast was sub par. Only served bagels, mini yogurt, pre packaged small muffins & terrible OJ. The suite had limited comfortable furniture to relax on. . The shower water was only lukewarm, everyday, even at the highest setting. The fire alarm went off twice over 4 days. The best part of the stay was the bed.
