If you book, make sure you book the main building. The building we were in was across the creek....you had to walk (about 5 minites) or drive to breakfast and the pool. Pro was our room was spacious, but could be updated. The back patio would have been great, but lots of smokers on their patios and people next to us brought 2 dogs. Pool was average in size. Pool chairs need to be updated-lots were broken in that you had to keep them in the lay down position. Breakfast options were plentiful, but not very flavorful. Pancake syrup container had lots of ants. Saw one of the workers push down the over flowing garbage in a container and go back to serving food without washing her hands. Overall, this place is average, but is conveniently located to everything.

I didn't realize our room would be in a building across the river. That added distance kept us from walking to the parkway. Still, it was a very nice place to stay.

People are very nice. It’s an old establishment that needs tender loving care. It’s clean but everything is very worn out and dated makes it look dirty….like pool furniture.Every chair is sun damaged and a lot of chairs are broken. Bathroom shower was hard to regulate showers could be updated in bathrooms and towels are way too small. Also some doors need repair. The office and breakfast area are very nice and clean . Breakfast was good. Location was excellent . Was close to everything . Dollywood Park excellent.Hatfields and McCoy dinner and show is so enjoyable. Anakeesta is also a nice place. I feel if the Hotel would take my advice on the few things that need change it could be a five star 👍😊

We loved this place!! Felt secluded yet close to everything. We couldn't of asked for a better first time experience to pigeon forge!! First off the staff, they are all super nice and friendly! The room was very clean and cute. The building itself is very unique and beautiful. The beds are separated by a bathroom in-between. Both sides had a tv and side tables. Works out perfectly if you have kids or just going with a friend. One of our most favorite part was the private balcony with 2 rocking chairs and a small table looking out over the little pigeon river. Loved sitting out there every morning drinking my coffee also at night to listen to the water running, along with all the nature sounds. Prefect for unwinding before going to bed. The 2nd best part, the hotel provides big water tubes to float down and play in the river. Which we enjoyed doing everyday! Sooo much fun! Although i will say they only have 4 big tubes and alot of small ones. TAhe big ones get gone fast! I suggest you bring your on big tube if you can, so you dont have to wait. They are way better for the river than the little ones even for the kids. The small ones tend to flip over lol. The breakfast buffet was also great!! They had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, grits, fried potatoes, pancakes, yogurt, fresh fruit, Diffrent cereals, coffee, juices. It was good! Thank you Creekstone for making our first trip to pigeon forge an enjoy, fun, relaxing stay! We have found our home away from home!! 😊👍

It was nice & clean . I felt very comfortable there. And the guy offered me a corner lot. He said they were very popular on the second floor made it perfect to sit out on the balcony and listen to the water was wonderful.. I will use you all from now on. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beware! Bait & Switch

The photo used in the app is very misleading because this hotel has two locations. The one in the picture is much nicer looking, both inside and out, than the one we were put in. As a result, we had to drive to the main location where the pool and breakfast was. We felt we had been “baited and switched”. Our room did not smell fresh and the handheld shower head had to be held otherwise it sprayed the wall or the shower curtain as it would not adjust correctly. This location was a HUGE disappointment and I would never book another stay there. There was no indication a booking/reservation would not be at the location pictured.

Great location, loved the rocking chairs on the balcony overlooking the river and geese, good shower head, located closer to mountains and away from congestion, refrigerator was super cold.
