Old and unclean rooms, very crowded and noisy dining room, the young girl in the dining room is unpleasant and seems angry. The service in the lobby at check-in was just fine.

Summer break get away just my daughter and me had a wonderful time. The staff is always awesome and very clean love the balcony and to watch the critters and birds but my favorite part is the river❤️

Evening staff were not welcoming and almost rude while morning staff were very friendly, understanding and helpful. The property itself is very cute and well kept. However, the pictures online are deceiving. The hotel is crammed behind a very dilapidated, condemned buidling and the rooms are tiny and cramped. I wish them the best but until the old building is finally taken down, Im afraid this little property will struggle.

Very convenient location in Pigeon Forge just a block off the strip with direct access to Dollywood Boulevard without having to go on the strip. Creek runs adjacent to the property and a good number of unobtrusive ducks were present. Everything was closeby including the parkway to Gatlinburg or bypass to the park.

Chilling Creek side

My wife & I have been coming to Creekstone for 20+ years. WE enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the Sound of the Little Pigeon River running outside our room. The property is ok for us. The beds are comfortable; The shower has HOT water; the breakfast is ok; The staff are very friendly and helpful. All in all...very good experience.
