The room was amazing. Very clean and modern. The staff was very helpful. A member of our party had a problem within the room. The staff moved them quickly even though it was a busy holiday weekend. The pillows are so fluffy.

Not bad, not great

Room was clean, but missing details. Had been recently renovated which gave it some nicer finishes, but fine details of renovation were overlooked, paint on trim pieces, carpet coming up slightly at door. Bed was comfortable. Hot water is dangerously hot, to the point of scalding someone (professional plumber speaking). Getting shower water adjusted properly was difficult due to location of control valve. Vanity drain was slow. Extra toilet paper was not in room. TV was very nice size, but finding channel listings was difficult. Evening traffic noise was there, but not terrible. Overall a ok stay for the money spent, but I think it is not living up to Clarion standards

Good stay

We had a nice stay. This place has been updated and looked nice in many places. Check in was easy, the bed was very comfortable for us, the shower took several minutes (5+) to really warm up but did get hot eventually. The only "issue" is parking is very tight on the left side. Its not a huge problem, unless you're driving a full size SUV/truck. Its just something worth noting for future guest. Overall a great stay and would consider staying there again.

We checked in on April 12th for a 2 night stay. Well it was the Rod Run and the parking was terrible!! You had the drive around forever and still no parking! they were people parking in the spots that was for guest. We ended up leaving because a guest should never have to drive around waiting forever for a place to park! Was not going to park down the road and get towed off nor walk a long way carrying stuff to our hotel room! Was only there a couple hours we checked out and was told they would get in touch with us on canceling the 13th when manager came in no response in 6 days! I do not care what is going on rod run or whatever but it’s not ok for a paying hotel guest not to have a place to park and waste time in your car hoping to find one! No thanks! The room was nice but that’s all I can say!

It had new amities which were nice but the you couldn't see your face good in the mirror over the sink. I didn't like the wash clothes and towels, they wouldn't absorb the water.

My 6 year old daughter and I drove 9 hours from Michigan to Pigeon Forge and when we arrived, we waited nearly a half hour for someone to come to the front desk to check us in and when someone finally did come to help us, shocker, we couldn't understand a single word they were saying. The chair in the room was missing a leg, the bed felt disgusting, all the towels had long black hairs and dark stains on them, the wifi did not work, and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Employees were also using power tools to fix their vehicles in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Overall awful experience and we will not be staying there again.

Overall it wasn't horrible. Average hotel in a tourist town. The lack of parking spots was the worst though. Ended up making my own parking spot. But at the end of the day we had fun and had a place to sleep.

They charged a incidental fee. To try and call them it is not fun. It has been two weeks since our stay of three days and we did not get our deposit back. We took video of room and we didn't do anything wrong or damage anything. But yet no deposit back and no one to talk to. What a rip. They don't explain anything when you check in other then their incidental fee you would get back when they check the room. And all they say is any damage. We have video of the room. It was the same as we stepped on the door other the bed not made and towels we used and Trash can with some empty bottles. I don't get it????
