Room was clean. Bed was uncomfortable and not the best. Only came with 3 pillows, for a king size bed I would expect 4. Balcony with rear view room titles deceiving. It’s just a second floor room. Parking is limited and fills quickly. Ok for a cheap, short stay.

The room (115) smelled musky had mold forming above the desk had no coffee maker also had cockroachs had no water pressure and no actual hot water in the shower. The elevator does not work. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never stay there again.

The motel is old but well kept. Nothing fancy...kinda old but in good shape. Room was comfortable for the price. It has a refrigerator & microwave. New A/C heat unit worked well. Great location next to river on Parkway Drive near Dollywood Blvd. Manager was very nice & accommodating. It is my new, affordable, convenient place to stay from now on.

Everything was good. We hardly stayed in the room. Just for few hours of sleep. Saw a few complaints by others about bed bugs. But there was no such problem. Easy access for shopping and food.

The pillows were small and uncomfortable. I did not like smelling the Marijuana from the people smoking in the room above me. I loved the convenience of walking to attractions near hotel.
