Absolutely worst experience. Check in was fine. But the guests staying there were horrible. Kids running around slamming doors all night every 10 mins. Didn’t get any sleep that night and we had an important event that next day. Never staying here again.

Flies in the room. Little tiny ones that live in dirty drain pipes. Squadron of them flew out when I ran the water. Boiling wster fixed the problem. When informed the manager's response was negative indifference. Flies in halls, place is dirty, avoid at all costs.

The property was dirty. Hairballs and food crumbs on the night stand. We could not stay there. We are supposed to get a refund through Expedia and have not seen it yet.

We stayed for 3 nights, no room service period. It was a cheap hotel so shouldnt expect too much. Breakfast was basic. Pool was out of order, sink was clogged. Aged decor.

Pool was greener than the yard... according to desk clerk happened quickly... leads me to believe they are not maintaining PH levels correctly...so paid for hotel with pool.. but alas...no pool...should warn bookers of issues..

The room was clean, and the pet area was nice. Our room had extreme claw make on the bathroom door, the tub drain was badly rusted and the shower curtain had not been washed in a very long time. I had booked a king room and told them I had a dog. When we arrived they told me there were no dog rooms on the first floor with a king bed. They gave us two fulls.

Mini fridge did work went to talk to the front desk because we brought a bunch of food he said he couldn’t help me and there’s nothing he can do went back up discovered that the room was completely dirty unclean tub, unmade bed and vacuumed room. The room next-door had kids running up and down the hallway at 1030 PM banging on walls after all of a sudden there is another room available with these complaints.
