Something wrong with the air, we could not turn our heat down below 78 degrees and roasted all night. The parking area is a bit run down. Staff was nice and seemed clean. Just didnt get any sleep roasting away up there.

This property was excellent except for the parking. The parking lot was overflowing. I asked the employee who checked us in where I could park since the parking lot was overflowing. He said that he didn’t know what was happening. We stayed at this property for two nights. This property is next to a community college. The students are parking in the hotel parking lot. If I, a paying hotel guest, was able to see what was happening, the hotel employees should know that it is the students that are taking up the parking spaces. I will not stay at this hotel again since the hotel employees didn’t want to be bothered with this issue and pretty much told me that the lack of parking spaces was my issue and not there issue. There are many hotels on that street. I will definitely stay in one of the other hotels that had parking availability.

The warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival was such a welcoming, and delicious treat! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. However, there should have been some routine things that should be kept up on. Arriving about 2:45 for 3:00 check in the elevators doors and floors should have been clean, instead there were handprints, and trash on floor. The refrigerator in the room definitely should have been cleaned the inside was yucky. You are very close to the I think it was the Federal Express airport, which was extremely loud. It would be nice if they could sell those cheap little earplugs. I called in the middle of the night, and they said they didn’t have any. All the people at the front desk were wonderful, same with the cleaning crew. Love the fact that they have a cute patio to sit outside if you’d like. I didn’t get a chance to visit pool. Apparently they have a hot tub, which I did not see on their website, but may have overlooked. Only reason why I knew, is a saw a sign at the front desk that the pool and hot tub would be out of service on a certain date. The little area where you can buy snacks and drinks, the coolers were broken, so we couldn’t buy drinks.

Not the best doubletree I have stayed at

Not one of the nicer doubletrees I have stayed at. Room would not go below 70, so very stuffy and warm. I had to go to 3 floors to find an ice machine that worked, no garbage bags in the garbage cans which I find very gross. Online system completely down and check in took forever
