The hotel itself was great. Their shuttle service was less than stellar. It was essentially nonexistent. I was told I had to get a taxi. The line for the taxi's was 16 people deep. When I called to ask if I could get an Uber, they said I could but that they would not pay for it. After waiting over an hour, I finally paid for an Uber. If you have time to wait - great option, but if you're in a hurry, find a hotel with a genuine shuttle.

Everything was perfect! Our room looked and smelled clean. The staff was super helpful and nice. The fitness and pool area were very nice as well. The dhuttle service to and from the airport was great!!! We will definitely be staying here in the future!!!
