The person checking us in didn't inform us that the water was off before we checked in. Then after we went to our room and unloaded and left for dinner when we returned the flip lock was locked with all our belongings in the room.no one at the desk knew how to open the door so they had to call maintenance and we had to wait for him to come feom home to basically know it off the door jam with a hammer and screw driver. And after all that didnt even offer a discount or some compensation.

It is very difficult to rate this hotel. On the one hand, it is a good hotel, and I could recommend it, but it definitely does not match its price of $200 per night. For $100-140 I would say that its fair rating is 4/5. Pros: good service of the staff, rooms without foreign smell of chemicals after cleaning, enough space in the room, convenient parking, swimming pool. Cons: if the room overlooks the road, it is a little noisy, our window was blocked in a slightly open state and I could not close it completely to reduce the noise level. Poor ventilation in the room. We could not turn on the ventilation in the toilet. In general, the room was clean, the beds are ok, but the pillows are not comfortable, the curtains are dirty and covered in cobwebs. Small dining area for a fairly large hotel, about 8 tables and 3 of them for 2 people. I am not trying to find fault, I just want to give feedback so that the hotel can improve. Minus one point for the price, minus one for minor flaws.

Nice, pool and spa were great but no spa bubbles. They need to adress that. I forgot my code to my room safe and when i asked to have it opened they couldnt accommodate me before i left. Not sure if they opemed it or not.

Very friendly service with a Nov clean and quiet room. The mattress was a nice firmness and lots of pillow options. The breakfast was good, especially with make you own waffles and specialty coffee machine. The one big downside is a three level hotel without an elevator. It’s difficult with for seniors. It was a nice stay overall.

Staff was great but the facility needs upgrading. It was not worth anywhere close to what we paid. I’ve traveled for FEMA managing disasters for 20 years. Would not stay in a place like this long term.
