We really loved our stay. Mark at the front desk and the service he provided was beyond any hotel we’ve stayed at. He recommended local restaurant that became a fast fave. The hot water unexpectedly went out so we checked in and he was up front about it and kept communication open throughout the evening. The next morning the front desk agent informed us it should be working. It was one of our best vacations. The two bedroom is large, comfortable, and had separate thermostats, which made it perfect!

The room smelled heavily of fish that someone sprayed something to lessen the horrible smell but made it shell 10x worse. There were no tissues and 1/3 the dished that are typically there. But worst of all was the plumbing. The bathroom sink didn't turn off and the toilet doesn't flush properly? X4 to get it to flush is not right.

We stayed in room 443, it has a great view and it was super clean and comfortable. Also it was quiet since it was the end of the hall, only occasional door closing from stairs. Staff was really friendly and courteous, hot tub was really hot and I enjoyed the soaking. Surprise dinner on Wednesday night was like eating at Olive Garden. We’ll be back in a few months and stay here again. Our stay was almost a week, possibly longer next time.

Staff was friendly The staff that prepared breakfast was excellent at keeping up with the crowd. The hotel was very busy due to the holidays and they did their best at maintaining the area in spite of guests being rude. The room was clean as well as the hallway and entrance. I found that the breakfast area was cold Maybe because it’s near the entrance but it was unusually cold at all times of the day. I stayed with my kids and my mom. We had a pleasant stay.

The room was excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities nice. Overall excellent experience and we will return again. The only issue we had, nothing to do with Homewood Suites, was google maps sent us past the hotel and into some neighborhood - so some difficulty finding the place.
