I recently stayed at this resort , and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was stunning, with clean, well-maintained rooms and gorgeous surroundings that made for a relaxing getaway. The restaurants on-site were excellent, offering a great variety of delicious dishes. However, the buffet wasn’t anything special — it lacked some essentials, like guacamole, and there were no snacks offered by the pool or in the lobby, which would have been a nice touch. One downside was that the staff wasn’t as friendly as I had hoped, which was a bit disappointing considering the otherwise great vibe of the resort. Despite this, I still had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this resort to my friends. I’ll certainly be coming back! Loved all the wild life around the hotel( lots of monkeys ) . Beach was very beautiful.

Would recommend this resort. I’d even go back. Great Location, Food was amazing, service was good, amenities and service offering was great, privilege offer was great but butler service is subpar, they font really do anything. He messed up our dinner reservations and didn’t even do anything to fix—and supposedly he’s the head butler. His name was Antonio and not helpful even though we tipped him good.

The rooms and grounds are very clean and very nice! The restaurant staff is nice but very serious and didn't seem like they enjoyed their jobs immensely. Our waiters at the Mexicana and Italian restaurants were superb. The buffet staff were pleasant enough for the most part but weren't very interactive. One in particular sort of snapped at me when I asked for water, which was not impressive. The bartenders were fine, but mostly very serious and didn't joke around or seem like they enjoyed their jobs. Granted, they were very busy as there was mostly just one or two on staff at a time so they didn't have a lot of time, but compared to other resorts I've stayed at they didn't have fun with the people they were serving. My biggest criticism is the lack of snack options between 2-5pm. There was only one spot open at the beach for food and it was a 20-30 min wait just to get a table. My suggestion for the resort is to keep the snack bars at the pools open until at least 4 pm for grab-and-go type items or quick options. There was an option for room service, but the sandwiches were very skimpy (1 inch of meat for an 8 inch bun), and there weren't many other options other than fries for just a snack. The front desk people and guest services are very nice and very helpful. The maid services are very nice and thorough. Overall, we had a very good experience with minor details that were lacking.
