It's a big vacuous impersonal interior space with inconvenient escalators, a fully automated elevator system that makes it seem even more impersonal and robotic, no charming details, no memorable traits to the interior at all. The room is nice and clean but expect to hear your neighbors. Also, while downtown Cincinnati has some excellent restaurants, it's a mishmash of homeless people, lovely historic buildings, empty plazas, impressive murals and some overpriced hotel restaurants. What we did like is it's dog-friendly with one of the smaller fees, and parking is only $21 for 24 hours.

We try to stay at the Westin every time we’re in town. We don’t have a bad thing to say. Haley @ check in desk is so friendly! Seeing Paul at the lobby bar adds to our fabulous stay! The service was excellent. Our biggest complaint was that the door on the bathroom did not shut. It was crooked on the hinges. We didn’t complain about it because we didn’t want to deal with the hassle of moving rooms.

I liked the convenience to the stadum. There were only 2 people working to checkin. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in.The hotel carpet was stained and dirty. Bathroom shower head was scaly and wasn't a walk in.The mini fridge made a bad noise.
