Beautiful Stay and Great Atmosphere

I really enjoyed the stay at this place. The room was spacious and easy access to the beach. The staff were very friendly and reached out ahead of arrival to make sure my needs were met. I look forward to booking with them again.

The room was clean but we had an outside door and the car noise was awful. There was water puddled outside our room so each time we entered or exited we had wet shoes. The area down by the coffee had spiders and spider webs. The outside area was nice but the chairs were wet and the outside gas fireplace was not open and it was a great night for a fire by the lake. The breakfast option were limited. They did get delivered to the room so that was a plus. All in all a good stay but in the future if I chose to stay here an interior room would be requested.

Room seemed updated but entrance door need to be replaced big gap letting outside air in. Heat noisy. Asked for ground floor room because my husband had back surgery and no elevator but was told it would be $70.00 more.

Exceptionally clean hotel directly on the shore of Lake Michigan. Quiet hallways. Great boxed breakfast delivered to your room in the morning at the time you select. Hot fresh coffee in a self serve kitchen area off the lobby. Ample parking. Pleased with this stay. Will return to this hotel in the future.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Room, along with the property in general, were quite clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I went there for a relaxing get a way, and that is exactly what I had.

Several things wrong- No elevator to 2nd floor-Our balcony room had outside entrance so we heard traffic noise all night😟Terrible coffee! Breakfast was boxed and hung on your door! There for 2 nights and room was not cleaned after 1st night-trash not emptied, nothing done to the room!!! I DO NOT recommend this hotel!!
