This is a much older place. Not impressive, but the overall condition on the rooms and property are very good. The staff is outstanding! Helpful and courteous. We felt very comfortable and welcomed! Rooms and bathroom are very clean!!! If someone smokes, there’s private balconies on the 2nd floor to stand out, without having to go to the court yard. We went to Gasparilla Beach. Had a great day relaxing. Water was the perfect temperature, combined with a consistent cool breeze, and private. I highly recommend Boca Grade Hotel for a pleasant and safe stay.

It’s a beautiful island not overrun by dirty inconsiderate tourists! Hotel is really nice, located a bit away from town. Our particular room had pretty dirty floors we didn’t realize until I wiped up some water. However, I would totally stay here again!

My only problem was the bath tub seemed very narrow and didn’t have handrails. It was not advertised as handicap but most bathtubs have some sort of grabs on the walls. It was difficult turning around in. Other than that, the room was clean and neat. Nice refrigerator and micro. Staff very pleasant. I would go back.

This property should be classified as a motel, not a resort. It was definitely overpriced considering the quality. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but it definitely needs some updating. The lack of streaming on tvs was definitely disappointing. The view was not as pictured and the outside area was not overly clean. The balcony was not in great condition and extra small. It also overlooked a dirty gravel lot.
