My shower didn’t drain so I was unable to wash the room smelled of mildew they offered me air fresheners. The floor by the ac unit was wet I will never stay here again !

After not having my room cleaned the next day, I was told they only clean the room after 3 night stays!. The front desk said Wyndham’s ‘standard brand’ is to clean the room only if the guest requests it. I should have been informed of this ridiculous rule the day I checked in -not after the fact!

Nice but noisy

decent, modern middle of the road hotel. Unfortunately, the walls appear to be paper thin and I could hear sounds of talking, children crying, etc from other rooms. I have not had this experience to the same degree in similar hotels.

Our stay was fine. Comfortable, but no frills. Just simple. I wish the TV had more kid channels, since I travel with my 4 children. Otherwise, no complaints.

The hotel was located near our destination and was easy to get to. The room was small but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We booked through Expedia but a $50.00 charge was added to my credit card and I have not gotten it back yet. Otherwise the stay was excellent.

I was in constant communication with the property about my flight being delayed and would be arriving late. I was told I needed to be there by 3:00 AM or they couldn't guarantee my room despite already prepaying for two nights. I asked if another adult relative who was meeting us there could be added to the reservation so they could check in and guarantee I would have a room for my children and myself who would be arriving late. I was told no changes could be made to the reservation. So my relative who already drove two hours to meet us was also left without a place to stay. Our flight ended up being cancelled due to mechanical issues so I ended up cancelling the room for the second night well within a 24 hour notice and was denied a partial refund or a credit towards a future stay. Very poor customer service as the car rental company, airline and mom and pop excursion place all issued us a full refund. Very poor customer service as this was beyond my control.
