To start off the host made a personable welcoming call the day prior to check-in to make sure all of our needs were met.This property was situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It has a great view of the river off the deck. It's also supplied with all of the goodies to enjoy the river. Within a short walking distance were a bar/restaurant and Rogers park/beach. Our family had a blast living the river life for our stay. Thanks Again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We were not able to get the boats into the water at the house because of our ages(mid 70's), but rented a canoe at the park area and enjoyed the river that way. Our little Josie dog loved the deck.

This was a great place to stay. The porch overlooking the river was my favorite place to hang out when I wasn’t in a kayak on the river. We saw manatees swim by, fish jumping in the river and dolphins swam by one of the days. Host is very helpful and house was clean and well stocked with essentials. Beds were comfy too.

Keith was a great host, just a text away if we needed anything. Location is fantastic, we saw manatees come by almost every day. Fishing poles and kayaks are available if you want to do some outdoor activities. Easy paddle to Hospital Hole as well. The deck upstairs is the perfect place for morning coffee (coffee pot in the kitchen, bring some grounds)Beds and pillows were sooo comfy! Plenty of towels for everyone. Fantastic stay, would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice relaxing stay!

Property is in a very nice quiet neighborhood and right on the River. Each day we were there we saw Manatees and dolphins and environment super relaxing.. Check in was super easy, and very clean, owner Keith was quick to answering questions and attentive to our needs.

Family vaca

House location is amazing. Right on the river with views of the river and sunset every evening. This place is perfect for family vacations. Plenty of river activities. Tubing,kayaking, fishing, manatee and dolphin viewing. Short boat ride to the sand bar, great scalloping and the riverside restaurant. Boat ramp is a short walk from the house. Neighbors are super nice and welcoming. Home owner is easy to get a hold of and keeps the property clean and well maintained. My family and I will definitely be back.

Great location

Nicely renovated home with all the toys! Kitchen nicely equipped, Weber BBQ grill was great, comfortable beds, plenty of towels (both bath towels and beach towels). Several kayaks made exploring the area easy. Great location near "Hospital Hole". Owner Keith is awesome - was responsive. You won't regret booking this home.

Great host, great location

House was clean and had all necessary accommodations for our stay. Kayaks, paddle board all in great condition. Beautiful property and great location. Short paddle down to the river able to fish from the property. Everyone had a blast. Keith was very attentive and reached out before, during and after our stay. Will recommend others and we will be rebooking for future visits.

Great Spring Brean

The house was immaculate with all the listed amenities. Location was perfect with only a short drive to the local restaurants and parks. Environment was peaceful. My kids and I were able to paddleboard to the beautiful clear water within 5 minutes from house. Manatees literally swimming up to the house. Keith, the host, was so helpful and friendly.with quick response times. We will most definitely be back!

We loved it, clean, spacious, plenty of room for our personal items. Home came with all we needed. Enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, rented a pontoon for the day and headed to the Gulf.Highly recommend no-see-um spray in the spring, they were biting.Word
