Had a good time in the hotel but the problem was they were doing construction turning into Towne place suites. I stayed for 4 days. On the third day I came back to my hotel room around 1030pm and find my hotel door open. Luckily nothing was missing. Did call front desk to look for me and looks like they were doing something to my bathroom for construction. Then the next morning I get a knock around 8am thinking it was housekeeping so I ignored it and went to take a shower and get ready then by 830am another knock and sounded like someone was trying to get into my hotel room. I opened the door and it was a construction guy telling me to leave the door open he has to fix something in the bathroom.
I was upset about that because of invasion of privacy and it was unprofessional for them to just open my room randomly and do something. I had my valuables in the room. I let the front desk know and the lady said they should not be up there and she will tell them to do it once I was checked out which was one more day. When I got back to my hotel after that. The constructions stuff was finished which was unprofessional because I was still occupying the room.
Privacy is not their priority. Never coming back to that hotel. Now I’m traumatized and scared to go to any hotel and leave the room due to that.
