I enjoyed my stay overall. Nice hotel and the lobby was comfortable to relax in. Most of the staff members were pleasant and helpful. My a/c wasn’t working and they repaired it and it still didn’t come working properly, so I had to changed rooms. Maid service did not leave coffee and cream so I called to have it delivered the evening before. Waited 30 minutes and called again because it was getting late….it finally arrived.

What incredible service, the kitchen staff were on point, one of the chefs (female white lady) came to me on breakfast and ask me how was everything with my visit. Lovely Hotel.

Spent two nights at this hotel and we were really impressed. It must be well insulated, we couldn’t hear elephant feet above us or walking in the hallways that’s a plus people usually don’t mention. Rooms were kept clean, beds were a little smaller than i was expectng but still comfy and ended up being just fine. Lobby area is really nice with the plants, fish ponds, bar and restuarant. Elevators are fast and move between floors really quick so you are never waiting to long for one. We would stay here again and probably will next year for the yearly event.
