The door the room was really dirty. I asked them to clean it. They never put attention to me. The microwave was really dirty. The key to enter. I have to go all the time to the front desk because it’s something going on. They were bad or something because they never work so I had to go all the time to the front desk.

Pros: Staff great, available all the time. Rooms and areas clean. Laundry area was easy and a must. Cons.: The breakfast was full the first day, then everyday has less and less. This was the only thing, I think it should be filled as the first day, I always when early (6:30 to 7:30), it wasn't that I got there at 9:00 to 9:30 am.

There was no breakfast provided which was one of the reasons we booked this place It took 45 minutes for someone to check us in since there was no one in the lobby and the doors to get in and out of the hotel were broken and did not lock
