I have a video; but the property was very well protected. The hallways are protected by key accessible doors to only the residents staying at the hotel, there’s fast food, a diner & a strip of different stores within walking distance of the hotel, when i walked into my room, it was spotless, no cobwebs, no stains, the bed was clean, no dirt or bed bugs. The TV worked unlike some hotels (haha!!), i was able to have food delivered, i was able to take ubers to different spots and be dropped off within the same area, and there’s a tram station right behind the hotel too!! there’s so much you can do within the area. i loved my stay!!

Ample parking. Laundry is clean, works well and the staff is friendly and efficient. Housekeeping always makes sure we have fresh towels, etc, and Marilu at the front desk is wonderful.

The service was not good. I’d stay there for 5 days and I requested a room service to sweep and mop, but the front desk said there is no service for room cleaning. It was a horrible experience! I really need a refund!

Clean room daily, all amenities stocked well. Quite uneventful stay. I enjoy the rooms being inside access instead of outside door access helps for a better rest knowing any unwanted element will need to pass through a security door versus direct access to room door. Have stayed here before when in town to visit children and grandchildren.

You get what you pay for. It a place to sleep out from cold. Last minute booking. Staff was nice and trying. Smelled of ammonia/bleach and just over powering at times. Blankets felt damp but thankfully I had one of my own we used. No didn’t call understand it was cheap and got what we paid for… lol
