Broken hot water, poor internet, no water one day and no parking onsite was not expected for the amount we paid to stay here. I was very unhappy that you charged me more than I paid at my 5 star Hotel in Hamburg for water and parking, and without tell me the cost beforehand. I assumed parking would be free because of the inconvenience. Otherwise it was an amazing hotel, however I think for the price I will stay elsewhere in the future.

This is an outstanding and very unique hotel. The service was very good. It is a very unique and beautiful hotel with all of the art and amazing restaurant/café. You feel like you’ve stepped back to the 1920s with all of the art deco. We got the junior suite and it’s very spacious on a corner with windows all around. Slight noise of trams below, but not disruptive and we could sleep fine. Breakfast was very good- scrambled eggs, fried eggs, sausages, and bacon. Different pastries, and breads to toast. Yogurts and different things to put in the yogurt and a cappuccino machine, fresh juice and fruit. When you walk out the front door, it’s just a couple of minutes and you are at a place where the trams stop. Uber and bolt are very usable to bolt seems to be cheaper I think. Depending on your budget hold can work fine. It’s very inexpensive, but people seem to like the public transportation too. it’s just like a 5 to 10 minute walk when you go out of the hotel to the right to get to the big square where that astronomical clock and all of that is. Beautiful restaurants and shops everywhere. Walkable to the Jewish quarter as well as all around old town. You can walk to the Charles bridge and over it to the castle, but that would be a longer walk 20 or 30 minutes you might want to take transportation. There are jazz clubs around and the big theater that has symphony orchestras. If you want something classy, a great value with great service and very beautiful this is your hotel!

The hotel is excellent with beautiful old charm decor. Neat and clean and spacious rooms. Check in staff very helpful and sumptious breakfast. Liba from concierge was very helpful and her reccomendations for the restaurants were brilliant. It is 8 to 10 min walk to the old town square and very centrally located. Firstly, I would like to thank Hotels.com for the welcome gift. This hotel is beautiful and the terracotta tiles throughout made our stay like being in a work of art. The room was spacious and well decorated. The staff was extremely helpful and offered money saving suggestions that made our stay even more enjoyable. When I come back to Prague I plan on staying here!
