The housekeeping was not done on our first day, possibly due to us leaving the room late. On the second day I specifically asked the housekeeper to clean the room. There was a wrapper that I dropped under the desk when we left the room. It was still there when we came back even though the beds had been made and towels had been replenished.

All of the staff members were excellent, including at the restaurant. We just didn’t feel the quality of food at breakfast was as good as it was in the past I wouldn’t mind paying more for better quality food. We were very happy overall with everything at the hotel. We did find that the mattresses were a little bit harder than we normally prefer but that is an individual preference. We would definitely stay there again. It’s a very clean hotel and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, Except, no Shuttle or walking path to the casino’s. A Garden Hilton without a Garden path. Not a road, A Path! Next time I stay at the Hotel Casino.

It was just two moms enjoying a night away from our husbands and kids, and from the moment we checked in—though I wish I remembered the names—you all made us feel like celebrities! We absolutely loved it. My best friend even lost her diamond ring at the hotel, and we didn’t realize it until a staff member called us. We are so grateful for the honesty and kindness of your team.
