Desperately need LARGE, COMPLETELY LIT-UP SIGNAGE directing visitors into hotel. Hotel completely landlocked and "penned in" on all sides by fencing except one small driveway on a poorly marked secondary road by a Dairy Queen. Impossible for out of towners to catch the small, unlit signs. We drove around 5 min. trying to find the entrance.

Bedding (quilt ) was stained. Sheets looked dingy. Large bottles of hand soap and lotion are now in the room to be shared by guests instead of individual bars of soap or lotion. The bottles also look dingy. I will not stay here again.

The woman at the desk made me feel welcome on a very cold night. Offered me a hot chocolate and got me checked in right away. One of my top five best welcomes to a hotel ever...and I'm 69 years old!

The staff was fantastic, everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. The room itself was OK, it was not the cleanest, and by far the most uncomfortable beds in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Again, I cannot say enough good things about the staff, they were wonderful.
