The staff was friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. Shower was nice and big. The hot breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The negative was getting to the hotel. The sign at the road wasn’t very visible and if you passed up the driveway, you had to drive a mile or two and make an awkward U-turn.

I received an email prior to my arrival that the elevator was out of order. I arrived on Friday, left on Sunday and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to my room. The ice machine and vending room on the 3rd floor was also out of order! When I checked in, since I was paying on the property, the was a $100 additional charge added to my total that I was not aware of prior to arrival. The money was refunded to my credit card within 24 hours. I'm just glad one of my credit cards was able to cover the total. Probably the best part of my stay was the continental breakfast.

Clean facility, professional staff. This was our second stay within a week. We rated our initial stay as 5*, however, we were disappointed in our second stay in that their only elevator broke down and wasn’t fixed for four days (someone was working on it on the fourth day). We were on the third floor (we are seniors) and find this unacceptable.

Positives: Property and room clean, beds were comfortable, room had plenty of extras. Beds were very comfortable. Location was convenient and easy to find. Parking was plentiful and safe. The buffet breakfast was clean, delicious, and filled to max. 24/7 coffee in lobby was delicious and very convenient. Staff were helpful and friendly. Negatives: Elevator was out of service all 3 days we were there. That was disappointing. Our room had old blinds and no curtains of any kind which allowed daylight in. The bathroom was clean but outdated.
