I liked the location nice and peaceful. My wife and I come cheer from time to time. We discovered soiled stain on the bedsheet I took a pic and showed it to the staff. They weee very generous. I was offered an upgrade she checked the system but there was nothing available. They did come up immediately and changed the bedsheets .

Stellar Staff

We had a very nice stay at the Westin, Princeton for a family weekend. There were a few items that I noticed needed attention….an issue with a small leak (that stopped) with our mini fridge in the room and the sheer curtain had a rip in it. That being said, it was not a big deal and did not affect our experience at all. The hotel is lovely and had many nice public spaces. The fitness center was thoughtfully appointed. The restaurant and bar were very good, with fast and friendly service. The staff were outstanding! From the front desk, restaurant/bar and housekeeping we were so very pleased with the level of friendly service and competence of the staff! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come again! Thank you.

Overall the property is GREAT!!! However, the hotel's fire alarm malfunction in the middle of the night and all the guest had to run down to the lobby in fear of fire. AGAIN FALSE ALARM, which had us all sitting in the lobby for serval hours till the fire dept. shut down the system and allowed us back to our rooms. The kicker is that the hotel did not apologize for the situation and or offer late check outs and or anything to make up for the ordeal. I barely got any sleep that night and it WAS NOT FUN.

Fire alarm went off. Staff didn’t communicate with us about what was going on. Waited in the lobby for over an hour because I am Disabled and had to wait for Elevators to start working again. It would have been helpful to understand what was going on.

Workable but not ideal.

It suited our needs but the property is a bit tired. The one thing I dis not like was the layour of the bathroom. The sin was outside the shower/wc area. Not bad in & of itself but the sink area was not set off from the sleeping area so with a family that meant limited privacy getting ready. Not great. Other than that it worked well for us. Would stay again but by myself & not with larger family group
