Tämä on paikka, joka astui unesta - mökki meren äärellä trooppisella trooppisella saarella, jolla kotoisin olevat havaijilaiset hanhet kumoavat ovelle sanoa aloha ja valtameri roiskuu leikkisästi alla olevaa rantaa vastaan. Näkymä, jota on vaikea välttää, on sinisissä sävyissä harjattu vesiväri merimaisema. Se on indigossa maalattu kangas, jossa Tyynenmeren tanssivat vedet haalistuvat auringon pestämään taivaaseen, jonka reunustavat pitsiset valkoiset pilvet.

Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee Pali Ke Kua -kompleksissa lähell�� St. Regis-hotelli ja hotellin edessä olevat rannat. Hideaways-ranta, 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Pali Ke Kuasta, on pieni, syrjäinen ranta, joka sijaitsee hotellin parkkipaikalla alkavan portaiden askeleen reitin juurella. Princeville tarjoaa ostoskeskuksen, kaksi golfkenttää, kävelypolun ja erilaisia ?? ravintoloita.

Läheisiin aktiviteetteihin kuuluvat helikopteri- ja ratsastusretket, vaellus, monet rannat ja melonta. Läheiset kaupungit Hanalei ja Kilauea tarjoavat mielenkiintoisia ostos- ja ruokailupaikkoja. Kilauea-pisteen kansallinen luonnonsuojelualue on aivan Kilauea-alueen ulkopuolella. Tuhannet merilinnut pesivät suoran merikallion päällä turvakodissa, johon kuuluu myös historiallinen majakka.

*** Peruutussäännöt *** Peruutukset, jotka tehdään 1–6–12 / 14 välisenä aikana, vaativat 90 päivän kirjallisen ilmoituksen alkuperäisen talletuksen palauttamisesta, josta on vähennetty 75 dollarin käsittelymaksu ja palauttamaton 50 dollarin varausmaksu. Jos alle 90 päivän kirjallinen ilmoitus, koko alkuperäinen talletus menetetään. Vuokra ja valmistevero pidätetään, mikäli alle 60 päivää kirjallisesti ilmoitetaan siitä. Peruutukset varauksista 12-15–15 / 05 edellyttävät 120 päivän kirjallista ilmoitusta alkuperäisen talletuksen palauttamisesta, josta on vähennetty 75 dollarin käsittelymaksu ja palauttamaton 50 dollarin varausmaksu. Perfect spot

We loved our stay here! There is a beautiful view and room for everyone. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The condo had everything we needed to make meals and plenty of towels! The had all the beach equipment you need. It is far from a lot of the activities we did on the island but it was worth the drive! We will be staying here again! You do have to return the key to the office but it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. 10 stars!

Relaxing family spot with close access to beaches

The condo has a big ocean view, with the mountains visible behind the next row of buildings. Easy access to several local beaches on foot. The condo is spacious, with well-equipped kitchen, and very large showers in both bathrooms. Note that the complex does not appear to have any BBQ facilities, so you won't be able to do any outdoor grilling. However, the condo is right on a large grassy area which is perfect for kids who like to play outside.

Great Stay in Princeville!

Our stay at Pali Ke Kua 245 was amazing! The views were breathtaking and better than pictured. You can see the ocean from anywhere in the main area of the home. It was peaceful and relaxing. The home had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. My only comment is that I wish there was a keyless entry. You have to go to the rental office to pick up the key and drop off. It’s close to the airport so it wasn’t a big hassle but adds a stop to a long travel day. Thank you and I look forward to coming back one day!

Great View and Location. A bit warm.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as listed and very clean. The views and property as a whole was very well cared for. Grounds were gorgeous. Other considerations - on sunny afternoons the condo got very hot (85 degrees +). The cool air recovered at night with the bedroom AC units. There is no central air conditioner throughout. The is also no cross breeze to help according to wind direction (June). We are mainlanders from a very hot area so accustomed to AC. We did enjoy our stay.

It was clean and fully furnished to make our stay comfortable. The only complaint would be there are only two portable ACs that couldn't cool the space enough, the unit got the afternoon sun and if you stay during the summer months like we did, it gets too hot to stay in after 3pm. It didn't cool down until really late in the evening and I felt sorry for my kids who slept upstairs.

Location, setting, aesthetics were all fantastic. The unit is stocked as well as your own home. I wanted to heat up my delicious fish from our dinner at 1 Hotel ( amazing and a 3 minute drive away) and they even had parchment paper to use on the cookie sheet to warm it up! The power went out on the island and they had candles and flashlights !! Every single thing you need for daily life much less a very comfortable vaca!! The ONLY things that need to be changed ; please put a set of dresser drawers in the downstairs bedroom!! The cabinet there is beautiful but useless as it is only shelves and would be much more usefull upstairs in the bathroom for towels,etc! Also, please put a curtain or shutter door in front of the stacked washer/ dryer. It's awesome to have it but as a mom, the last thing I want staring me in the bathroom mirror is a washer/dryer. And last but not least, a YALE lock would be so much more useful then the keyed entrance. One, it's annoying to keep up with and also that it has to be dropped off on your way to the airport. In this day and age, I think very few people on vaca want to have that extra hassle. Little things that would make Pali Ke Kua absolutely perfect. Do yourself a favor and use the concierge service, they are wonderful! We booked ziplining ( amazing!) horseback riding ( gorgeous) and had a Napali Coast boat tour but unfortunately it was canceled due to weather. And the snorkeling at Pali Ke Kua resort is Hideaways Beach and is absolutely the best on the Island and the trek down and up is 100% worth it !! Just don't carry too much. It's a hike but very easy and well paved it's just an incline. The path is between bldg 1 & 2 . Kauai is the best island and you will have a great time if you chose to stay here !! And I'm picky ; ) .
