My room was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in and they refused to have housekeeping coming into my room for the whole time. I was there four days three nights. The staff was obnoxious. It is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I’ve driven across the country and stayed in hotels everywhere this is the worst. I’m going to call the Department of Health the Better Business Bureau and whoever else I can get in touch with. You should take this hotel off of your site because it’s a bad l look

Roaches. We were given a room on the first floor. When we checked in and went to the room, we found roaches crawling all over the table with the telephone by the bed. I went to the front desk and they apologized and told me the elevator is broken so they are giving everyone first floor rooms. She told me they will decommission the room to guests and we would have to take the stairs to a room on the third floor, which I told her was fine. We got our new room, and upon thorough inspection found no bugs. The room was right next to the Amtrak line so you hear the train multiple times a day/night, but we were ok with that. Beds were comfy with basic amenities, which again we were ok with. Water was very difficult to get a hot shower, it was like warm at best throughout our multi day stay. Overall it was an ok visit. Easy to get to and close to the airport. Breakfast was basic continental but they often had eggs (cold) and turkey sausage or bacon. Everyone was pleasant, but the hotel could use some major updating and pest control.

The staff was OK, but not much for welcoming smiles during the 3 days that we came and went. The room was fine, the bathroom was, eh and needs help. The washing machine was broken leaving the washer/dryer useless. The ice machine on our floor was broken. And the elevator was broken. LaQuinta Inn's standards have dropped.

Waited nearly an hour to get picked up at the airport that said only 1.8 miles away. The driver acted Iike I was putting him out for wanting a ride (very rude). Room was as clean, but very cold. I turned on the heat and couldn’t believe how noisy it was. Thought it might lessen once warmed up - nope, went on all night. Lastly the shower dint work - made a horrible noise and when a very small trickle came out. Person came up to look at - was going to shift me into another room (move all my stuff) and somehow got it to work… Overall - I’d say not an “ideal” stay. (Also halls smelled like an uncleaned, overused motel)
