The property was decent. It is located near the airport which is having a lot of major construction currently. The noise coming from other rooms was an issue. There were several occasions that we had to call the fronr desk to complain. People around us kept forgetting their room and were trying to enter our room. Breakfast was okay but there was limited options. The sides changed from time to time but everything was hot and ready.

Really close to Airport and Interstate 95. However kinda located in an industrial part of town too with not to many food options or store options close by. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Staff was great.

Older property that showed some wear and tear. I had problems throughout the visit with my room key. Breakfast food was average but the lady who worked in the dining room was delightful. If you’re looking for a place to crash while you’re out in the city all day, this hotel is fine. If you’re looking for anything above utilitarian, try something more fancy.

convenient location. Room was adequate. All amenities were adequate. Solo Front desk agent was working looong hours. but did it with a smile and great attitude. Give her a raise, people! It looks like some upgrades to the flooring are needed in common areas. Breakfast was adequate.

Room had roaches, I stayed three nights and they never came to change garbage or towels had to go to front desk every day for towels, sheets were like sandpaper and reeked of bleach had to by a pillow and blanket so I could sleep in bed first night slept in chair because got a rash from sheets. On the last day was eating breakfast and a roach crawlef across plate. The worst experience ever

While the breakfast was clean and well stocked, we never got our room cleaned for the three nights we were there. We were told that we needed to request it, but when we did, the housekeeper came by and we told her we were leaving in a hour and to come back. It was never cleaned. In addition, the building itself was in need of repair and updating.

I would like to give a five star rating for the desk host named Noelle. She was cheery and helpful, always greeting with a smile. The other desk staff were OK. The room was just OK as I was put in the basement because I have a dog. However, the surrounding areas to walk my dog were wonderful. But you had to go off of the property a bit to get to that because the doggy station on the property was disgusting. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay (for the price) for a few days but I definitely wouldn’t want to stay there long-term.

Shuttle driver declined to come to the airport. The staff in very kind. The facility is old, tired; needs refreshing. I don't eat breakfast, but guests were overheard complimenting "Janet" about how good the food was. She was working hard to clean after the dining room closed. June and Harry, who work the front desk, were very kind and helpful.
