The front desk staff and manager were extremely helpful with the check in process; they went above and beyond to assist! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our trip to Providence College.

the room was clean, but the 2 chairs they had in the room, one of them the seat had rotted almost completely away, the other was just plain old and both of them should be in the trash - for 5 days we didn't sit on either one. The staff at the front desk was pleasant for the most part. There were too many peo[le hanging around outside of the door and even in the very small foyer.

The lobby is probably the only nicest thing I can say about it as my experience was poor. The room was not clean, I had a stained bed, the chair was scratched up, the wall was dirty, and the blinds were damaged. I couldnā€™t take off my shoes at all because it is so dirty. Im grateful for the staff at that hotel that were helpful in every way they can be.

Only positive was staff interactions. My coworkers arrived to the hotel where the beds were dirty and rooms smelled of smoke despite being a smoke free hotel/room. There was multiple signs of police presence and violence around the hotel before leaving to stay somewhere else
