It took us about 45mins to check in because there was only 2 staff working. Our room AC was working super slow and the lights stopped working on top of the WORST smell of mold I have ever witnessed. The food wasn’t my favorite either. We called maintenance which they were quick and even the guy was surprised by the strong smell of mold. We asked to switch rooms that took another 45mins to an hour to do. The new room still had the smell of mold but it wasn’t as strong as our first room. People we met at the lobby were also annoyed by how slow people there were. Also that I didn’t like was to be at an all inclusive and then being so crazy at the times everything opened. I wanted a drink several times and the bars were closed between 5-6:30. The only bar that was working was the swim up bar in the pool. Super inconvenient and stressed me out. Overall a horrible experience.
