Clean place with excellent night shows. The butler Erikson is a wonderful person with a strong sense of hospitality. The sommelier, Danye (sorry if I’m not spelling the name correctly), was also outstanding. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

The rooms, staff amenities and food were outstanding. I would highly recommend this all inclusive resort without hesitation. The only downside was our butler service, not sure what he was supposed to do other than book reservations at the restaurants. We did ask and basically that is what he said he does. Lol

From the service to the room and the FOOD, everything was amazing here. It felt like a dream. Rafael our Butler was attentive and responded immediately to any concerns.
