The resort was clean and kept immaculate by very hard working staff. Our Butler Richard made our stay so enjoyable. He went above and beyond, he surprised us by decorating our room for our Anniversary, making all our reservations and just checking on us to make sure our stay great!! Our house cleaner Carina, always made fancy birds, hearts for us out of towels and fresh flowers and our room was always clean. Noel one of the wait Staff was super friendly and always going above and beyond making special arrangements for our Dinners to finding us on the beach to make sure we always had a special drink. I would recommend this place for a special get away!!! We Loved every minute!!

Everything about our stay was perfect. From our beautiful rooms, to the lovely, tropical grounds, to the smiling staff. Food was good, especially since the resort is all-inclusive. The entertainment was ok…but the Circus show was truly outstanding!!

The rooms were spacious, and although the hotel is older, it is well maintained and feels very safe. Some of the staff were very attentive, but others were not as welcoming—for example, the lady working in the club coffee shop consistently acted as if guests were bothering her. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was a strong sewer/mold‑like smell in the rooms. Our group had five rooms, and four of the five experienced this odor. We even changed rooms, but the smell persisted. Now that we’re home, our clothes still smell terrible from the stay, and I’ll need to have everything dry cleaned. Our butler, Erickson, was absolutely wonderful. He even started his day four hours early to make sure all the guests he supported were taken care of. He did everything he could to help, but the odor is clearly a property‑wide issue that needs attention. The food was average; however, the Japanese restaurant was top‑notch. Just make sure to arrive at the buffet right when it opens; the food quality noticeably declined if it sat out for a while. Overall, it was a good experience that could have been much better without the smell issue.

The over all experience was amazing once again. This is the second time my husband and I have been to majestic for a quick post new year getaway. All of Staff was amazing we had a great room which seemed to have been remodeled and updated since 2024 the food was good although I would say that’s the only place they could use a little improvement in. We were still beyond happy nonetheless. Love it at majestic elegance Punta Cana and will definitely be returning!

The check-in process was great. We had purchased an Elegance Club room, and there was a private check-in area for club members with refreshments and cocktails, which was a nice touch. The room was very clean. The minibar was well-stocked, although the snack selection was very limited when we first checked in. I was a little disappointed that the water for the jacuzzi tub in our room only got a little over room temperature, even after maintenance looked at it several times. The shower was plenty hot, so that was good. The beach area was great. There were plenty of beach chairs and shaded areas, and there were Bali loungers that were first-come-first-served. So get up early, watch the sun rise over the Atlantic, and then grab a good spot! When the beach got too windy, which it definitely did on one of our days there, we retreated to a Bali lounger
