They get a 5 star rating because of their staff. Jose M and Martire at the overtime bar Yuli the Barbie with the entertainment staff Kelvin, Javier, Santiago, Teresa, Diosa and all the bartenders at the lobby bar. Plinio with the rides at night Them and more made my stay great. Im dissapointed no one mentioned that the pool would be under construction. Other than that it was a great experience.

Everything was great except the last transportation to the airport. Expedia didn’t communicate with us via email or anything about transport to the airport. When I called they said that I was supposed to arraign it 2 days prior and how was I supposed to know that? Then he said that it was there waiting for us @9:40 am which was not communicated to us either. Why would they schedule transport without notice and so early, if we are supposed to be at the airport by 11:30am they could have sent someone for us to be at the hotel @11 the latest. Not acceptable. And the hotel also left us stranded since we booked with Expedia. They had so many taxis going to airport they could have provided a taxi too and didn’t.

This was our second time visiting this resort in 2 years, and it won’t be our last. Everything from comfort in the room, food, and staff were exceptional both times. We already can’t wait to come back for our 3rd visit

Get the privilege upgrade. The regular rooms need some work especially the bathroom. The floor was peeling off because the water would escape the shower. The shower head was broken so it spewed water out at the connection. The floors were dirty, never swept or mopped. Beddings were also not clean. The entertainment staff were amazing and so were the concierges. The food was moderate overall but the best was the steakhouse and bluemoon. The worst was sensai as it was mostly a show which was entertaining but the food was ok. The bartenders are very heavy handed so that can be good or bad depending on the person. The beach was kept clean and so was the pool. There are lots of cats around so if you’re allergic be cautious. It was a good time overall aside from the room.

Room was clean, staff was good but there is less entertainment for kids and adults .No kids pool in jeneral.Only privileged area .I like their dinner and breakfast mostly.Not a bad resort big property.I would recommend people to stay in ocean blue and sand punta cana.

My Son and I love everything about Ocean Blue. We really enjoyed the yummy buffet , clean comfortable beds, game room and the nicest staff especially the girl that was charge of the ice cream . We had a fun and relaxing vacation.
