This was a like, not a love for us. We wanted lots of options to keep our 13 year old interested, but the “teen club” is a pay per play pool table & air hockey table under a palaba. The lazy river was nice but had to buy tubes from the gift shop because the resorts were all “saved” or deflated. The services was hit or miss, even in the diamond club. Went to both buffets (diamond & regular) 3-4 times and only got drink service once. Got a side eye when I made my own mimosa at the waiters stand but it had been 20 min. Lots of big families, group trips, graduation trips, so more of a party scene than our family of 3. It was sea weed season so had to go to the resort next door to be able to swim. Seaweed wasn’t as bad there. Reservation dinner restaurants were pretty good. Spent most of our time at the Diamond pool. It was quiet and relaxing and the swim up bartenders gave great service.

Una experiencia un poco mala en todos los sentidos. Desde que llegamos, la experiencia ha sido decepcionante. El personal ha sido poco desorganizado, la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, y no muestran interés real en resolver los problemas. Las instalaciones están en mal estado: falta mantenimiento, la limpieza deficiente y varias áreas del hotel claramente descuidadas.La propiedad tiene muy mal mantenimiento en general, esta como para cerrar el hotel y remodelar todo, todas las paredes estan sucias. Los restaurantes la espera para la comida es horrible, en el restaurante italiano despues de 1 hora y media de esperando por la comida nos levantamos y nos fuimos ya que la comida nunca llego. Horrible!! No hay suficiente personal para ayudarte con las bebidas, la espera para todo es demasiado tiempo. Nos vamos con una gran decepción y sin ganas de volver. Este hotel está muy lejos de lo que promete ser. No lo recomiento en lo absoluto. La unica atencion buena que recibimos fue la del concierge que desde el primer momento nos ayudo con la limpieza de la habitacion que nos la entregaron sucia y tambien nos ayudo con todas las reservas de los restaurantes muy agradecidos con el. Lo demas todo mal.

It was pretty, all the rooms are so far from pool, beach and lobby. Being constantly hounded by locals for money or tips was too much. Every reservation we made was messed up in the system. They were accommodating but had to wait to be worked in for dinner and massages. No air in any restaurants makes it hard to enjoy meals.

At an all inclusive resort, I don’t expect to tip for every little thing. This was disappointing. I also felt that the top Diamond Club guests were given priorities on chairs, reservations, etc. the average person coming to the resort is at a serious disadvantage.

This property was great. I loved the shows and the amenities. The lazy river was fantastic. The food offerings were limited, also dealing with restaurant reservations.the room was large and spacious. Our room was missing hot water. The staff were all friendly and kind. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful. Check in is slow and tedious. I would stay here again despite these hiccups.
