Good place to be and amazing to every place to go!

The place was so good but the bathroom has only one bathroom tissue no extra and the body wasn’t refilled. The room was amazing but only those things that I was concerned about but could be improved next time.

Good hotel, great location.

Hotel was clean, and located well within walking distance to Old Quebec. Rooms are a bit dated, but over all good quality and decent value for the price.

The room was very clean and didn't have a carpet which was super good. It was walking distance to Château Frontenac. Bery good experience for the kids because of the swimming pool.

Location location location Perfect location to walk old QC as well as Grande Allee. I would love an inside room with a balcony next time. Fortunately most floors have a common balcony to use. It very beautiful sitting on the balcony with the pool down below.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everyone was lovely. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The only reason i am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was only 1 outlet in one corner of the bedroom which was a hassle for my husband's cpap. The hotel did provide an extension cord but i fell like the outlets should be better placed. Also they have live music in the pool area Friday and Saturday. Friday's music was lovely and enjoyable. Saturday's was loud and obnoxious. When i called to ask if they could turn it down they said others had complained and they already turned it down so they wouldn't be turning it down anymore. They also said that when booking it is mentioned that there is live music. I never saw this and double checked, i and still don't see any mention of it. All in all it was a good experience but beware if you have young ones who may be bothered by loud music

Amazing place to stay, my only negative was the breakfast buffet was expensive $30/person for what it was, but you don’t have to eat there you can go to numerous restaurants right around the area. Our favourite was Le Billig crepe place!

Accomodations were good. Breakfast was lacking. No bacon? Weird. Pancake were hard, so were the pastries. The pool was much smaller than what it looked like in the pictures , so were the spa. Its clearly stated no kid under 4 in tbe spa but its was literally full of mom with babies.

We generally really enjoy staying here- the inside courtyard with the balconies is a lot of fun. Unfortunately, this trip was a bit too loud for us. We had a room by the pool. There were a lot of people and live music playing both nights. The music was good, but made it impossible for us to watch out TV for hours, because it was so loud outside our room. Later in the night, a wedding party was so loud into the wee hours of the morning (2-3AM) that we had trouble sleeping. When called, the staff said it was a wedding party celebrating and did not intervene to ask them to quiet down. We understand celebrating, but there were a lot of other people in the hotel, and with children, who deserved courtesy and the right to a decent night's sleep.

We returned to HPR for a stay because we LOVE this hotel and the people who work here. Each person went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and informed on what they love in and around QC. We love the family/community atmosphere offered by the courtyard design, we loved the Saturday entertainment! Our only complaint - last time we visited, the pool was down for servicing, this time it was the hot tub. Of course you can’t predict a problem, but that was disappointing both times and there’s no compensation.
