The staff has been unbelievably friendly, polite and accommodating. The food is fantastic! The rooms pristine. The shuttle was great and we only had to wait a couple of minutes. We are staying here again during our Ecuador trip and I can't wait to get back.

Perfect hotel to stay in if you have a layover before going to the Galapagos or elsewhere. It’s pretty far from Quito. Hotel is nice and the food at the restaurant was very tasty. Great breakfast spread.
