Pro.s The best and most convenient place to stay if you are attending any events at the Santander Arena. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Con.s The rooms are a bit out dated. The carpet is falling apart. The mini fridge is tucked into a cabinet and frozen over. I myself had to spend about an hour to thaw it out. Otherwise the fridge is useless. The hotel itself is near/ next to railroad tracks and if you are unfortunate enough... trains will go by sounding their horns as they pass. Which the windows are so thin, it sounds like you are right next to the train. Overall the convience and the staff make it halfway decent.

Aside from it being a great stay as usual unfortunately this time around my fiancé found some stained towels when she was showering. We were exhausted from the day so we didn’t call anyone about it. Hopefully next time we don't run into this issue.

Clean hotel with great amenities. Very nice lounge downstairs with food and drinks. All you can eat breakfast is $17 and is worth every penny! Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Reading.
