A great place to stay

Check in was such a great experience. Desk clerk was super friendly and welcoming with such a sweet smile (young man probably early 20s). The first room had some issues (I don’t think it was meant to be given out because it smelt like fresh drywall and beds were unmade). The desk clerk was so apologetic and immediately switched us to a new room. So clean and very well maintained hotel. My third time staying here when I’m in town, and I will definitely stay again.

Jetted tub- no working jets

Got a king size room with "jetted tub"- Room was clean and spacious but jets in tub didnt work- was supposed to be a switch to turn them on the wall by the light switch for the room and nothing turned on.. Enjoyed the big tub but was hoping for a jacuzzi tub during the stay

Lousy, unsecure stay.

The chain on the door was missing for security. The heated smelled like propane. The whirlpool was not usable, the jets were filthy and garbage on the back ledge. It was also very deep to get into the way it was set up. Dirty mattress cover. It was gross. NOW, they took my $50 hold money and I did NOTHING to that room. Are they crooks?

The room was nice and quiet. The breakfast was okay. Two negative things were no elevator to the second floor so had to carry suitcases up and down the stairs and the chain lock or bar lock was missing from the door in our room.

When we arrived to our room, there was so much humidity in the air. The windows were filled with condensation. We had drinks in cans, and the can was sweating because of the amount of humidity in the air. The walls in the bathroom were even wet. I asked the front desk if we could have a different room and he said “all the rooms are like that.” My family and I did not sleep well due to feeling damp all throughout the night. I would not recommend staying here until this issue is fixed.
