Bathroom appeared to be partially cleaned. There were not any washcloths and the shower curtain was wrapped around the rod (like it is when you clean. When we unwound the shower curtain a crusty washcloth fell out. There was not any shampoo in the bottle. I tried to take a hot shower in the evening and there was ZERO hot water. The bathroom door needs to be repaired. When we came down for breakfast there were a few people waiting for eggs. When the eggs were brought out a group of younger men rushed the table (cutting in line) and we had to wait for eggs AGAIN. It seems as if the serving dishes are not big enough. The 2 young men at the check-in desk were wonderful! We have stayed here several times and never had these issues.

Room wasn’t cleaned well. Someone’s contacts were still stuck to the night stand and mirror was dirty. They only provided 2 small body towels. Thankful we only stayed one night! Got out of there quick!

the room was large and comfortable with a microwave and mini fridge. The only complaint was the lack of washcloths which the desk clerk cheerfully provided. The hallway exit door to the outside stairway had a broken electric latch which would have allowed anybody nighttime access to the property and the landing of the outside stairway had trash suggesting some homeless person had camped there. i informed the desk who said they would alert security.

Front dest staff was great but as soon as you walk down the hall to the rest of the property, things went downhill. Two of the three elevators were out of service and the whole property smelled very strongly like cat pee. We had to open our room window, spray good smelling girl products and put a wet towel under the door to tolerate the smell. The room was also not very clean.

Rough night sleep

Rough night sleep. Beds where stiff, carpet was wet. Handicap bathrooms doors were very hard to open when in the wheel chair. Water ran out of handicap water and flooded bathroom.

Sad about My Stay

When we got to our room it smelled like cigarette smoke. and there were no other rooms available. Ther was also people arguing the hall out side our room at 11 PM we called the front desk and it took them a very long time to get it quieted down, almost an hour or so. I have stayed at Many La Quinta inns and it is sad to say that this may be the last unless corporate makes it right.
