Who let the ants in!!

The bathroom was infested with ants, the room was absolutely the smallest room possible for 4 people and a dog. No microwave. Very limited places to plug in power cables. Overall was a terrible terrible experience and I will not go back.

Booked a two night stay and didn’t even stay the next day or night in this hotel. With how Much they charge per night,you would think the rooms are more updated. Our room had garbage under the beds and behind the night stand, one of the headboards was torn up, there was a clump of hair in the shower, the curtains had what looked like blood stains. The activities listed were not accurate and a majority of them you need to reserve in advance. You will hear everything around you from other rooms. Someone was letting their kids run up and down the hallway screaming at midnight and you will hear every single step above you. Will never stay here again. This was a terrible experience and there are better places to stay for your money with better rooms and better accommodations

There was mold in my bathroom and they never called us after I went to front desk and complained and showed them pictures. The manager didn't call me like the front desk said would happen. Furniture outdated, needed painted, just not any condition you would think a resort would be in.

It is usually much quieter here, but there was bus loads of kids here for athletic events. They were Noisey late, & when they were leaving early a.m. Also Lots of cars warming up at 5:50 a.m. in the parking spots near our room. Other then that it was great.

The staff was amazing and the property as a whole was great. The room itself was adequate, not great, and the heater was wicked loud at night. The staff and amenities more than made up for the mediocre room and super hard bed.
