Always great experience at Eagle Crest-now if we would make time to do all the fun things that comes with our stay….but we are always welcomed, treated well, questions answered, and our pets are usually wit us, making it easy travel with!

The room was definitely lacking for the cost. Mud on the bathroom room when we got in. Main tv didn't work, toilet was clogged and no sheets in room for couch bed, had to walk to the front desk to get them. The whole hotel is in bad need of renovation. some

The hotel rooms are outdated. The room was not very clean in areas and could use better cleaning. The beds were not very comfortable. There is not a complimentary breakfast but a small cafe where you can purchase some food items. The property where the hotel is located is family friendly, but ultimately needs more updates.

The staff was very friendly and understanding, but the facilities and rooms were quite dated. The rooms had a terrible odor, and the carpets were covered in cat, dog, and human hair. I requested a vacuum from the front desk, but unfortunately, the situation didn’t improve much. The bathroom tiles were covered in black and pink mold, and the bathroom didn’t have a fan. If it did, our room was missing one or was broken. They “cleaned the room a second time,” but the room still felt and smelled the same. The pictures posted did not accurately represent how the room looked. The photos seem outdated, and the room was missing some items. Additionally, the gas fireplace smelled strongly of gas. The room was not as clean as it should have been. We had to switch rooms because the bedsheets and the room were not cleaned properly. Even after switching rooms, both bathrooms still appeared unclean, especially around the outside of the toilets.

There was mold in the shower. The headboards were peeling material off of them. The phone light flashed red all night and could not be turned off. There were no usable outlets, electronics had to be plugged in a power strip. This is definitely a violation of fire code. The mini frig ran loud.

The poor woman at the check-in desk was on her own on a Holiday weekend and people were waiting in line for an hour. People were being given keys to dirty rooms. It was not her fault and she was lovely, but the situation was ridiculous. The rooms are very dated and need attention. And they need to staff adequately!
